How long do I have access to a course?
You get ongoing access, including future updates. If a course is retired, enrolled students keep access to the last available version.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If the course doesn’t fit, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll guide you through the quickest path based on your payment method.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Upon completion, you can generate a verifiable certificate. Your certificate includes a unique ID that can be checked by employers or collaborators.
What formats do you offer?
Self-paced, live, and hybrid cohorts depending on the course. Each course page shows the exact delivery style, schedule (if live), and expected weekly workload.
Is there a community or peer feedback?
Many courses include guided peer review and optional community channels. If a course has moderated table reads or structured peer swaps, it’s clearly marked in the curriculum.
Can I learn at my own pace? Will I lose progress?
Yes—self-paced courses are designed for flexible schedules. Your lesson completion state is saved on your account, so you can pause and resume anytime.
Do you provide invoices, and what payment methods are supported?
